HYSPANDA Warranty Policy


1. Warranty Period

This warranty policy varies depending on product components:

  • Optical & Mechanical Components (scope body, lenses, adjustment systems, etc.)
    Covered by a lifetime warranty from the date of purchase. Any defects in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
  • Electronic Components (LED illumination, reticle lighting modules, electronic control systems, etc.)
    Covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Batteries & Consumables
    Not covered under warranty.
  • Wearable Accessories (lens caps, eyecups, rubber covers, etc.)
    Covered in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Note:
For professional use (such as military/law enforcement or high-intensity competition), the warranty period for electronic components is limited to 2 years.


2. Warranty Coverage

  1. During the warranty period, if a product is confirmed by HYSPANDA to have defects in materials or workmanship, we will provide free repair or replacement (with an equivalent or better condition product).
  2. Repaired or replaced products will continue under the original warranty period, calculated from the initial purchase date.
  3. This warranty applies to products purchased through all authorized channels, with no requirement for proof of purchase or registration.
  4. This warranty is fully transferable to subsequent owners without any additional procedures.

3. Exclusions (Non-Warranty Conditions)

The following conditions are not covered under warranty. Repairs may be subject to fees:

  1. User Damage
    Damage caused by misuse, abuse, dropping, impact, or improper handling.
  2. Unauthorized Modification or Repair
    Products disassembled, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties.
  3. Improper Installation
    Damage caused by incorrect mounting (e.g., incompatible rails, over-tightening).
  4. Cosmetic Damage
    Scratches, paint wear, or fading that do not affect functionality.
  5. Extreme or Improper Environment
    Use outside specified operating temperatures (-40°C to 60°C) or in corrosive/humid environments.
  6. Loss or Theft
  7. Unauthorized Purchase Channels
    HYSPANDA reserves the right to deny warranty service for products purchased through unauthorized sources.

4. Warranty Service Process

  1. Contact Support
    Reach out via our official email or phone with product model, issue description, and purchase details.
  2. Obtain RMA Number
    After verification, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Ship the Product
    Securely package the product and include the RMA number and issue description.
    Shipping costs to HYSPANDA are borne by the customer.
  4. Inspection & Service
    • Inspection will be completed within 1 business day after receipt.
    • Warranty-covered issues will be repaired free of charge, including return shipping.
    • Non-warranty issues will receive a repair quotation for approval.
  5. Turnaround Time
    Typically 15–30 business days (excluding shipping time).

5. Additional Terms

  • HYSPANDA reserves the right of final interpretation of this policy.
  • If local laws and regulations provide otherwise, those laws shall prevail.
