Order Production
- Small batch order: For quantity of 5-10 units, goods can be shipped within 1-2 working days if stock is available.
- Mass production: Production will be arranged within 2-3 working days upon receipt of deposit or full payment. Please consult our customer service for the exact production lead time.
Shipping Method
We support DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT international express, air freight and sea freight. We will arrange the most optimal shipping channel according to order quantity and destination country.
Delivery Time
International express: 3-10 working days
Air freight: 7-12 working days
Sea freight: 25-40 working days
The delivery time is for reference only, excluding customs clearance delays and local logistics delays.
Shipping Cost & Customs Duty
All shipping fees and customs clearance fees are borne by our company, no extra payment required from the buyer.
Package & Protection
All riflescopes are well packed with shockproof foam, hard carton and waterproof outer packaging. Every item is strictly inspected before shipment to avoid damage during transit.
Customs Documents
We provide commercial invoice, packing list, tracking number and customs declaration documents to facilitate buyer's customs clearance.
Address Modification
Please carefully confirm your shipping address, contact number and postal code before payment. No address modification is allowed after shipment.
Loss & Damage Compensation
In case of package loss or severe damage during transportation, we will assist the buyer to file a claim with the logistics company. Replacement service is available for products with factory quality issues.
