Scope Warranty Terms for Optic Sights

                                                                     

 
Thank you for choosing HYSPANDA optic sight products. We provide corresponding warranty services for the products specified below. Please read these terms carefully to fully understand and exercise your legitimate rights and interests.
 

I. Warranty Period

 
  1. Rifle Scopes
     
    Limited Lifetime Warranty. Commencing from the original purchaser’s initial date of purchase, within the normal service life of the product, any malfunction arising from defects in materials or workmanship shall be covered by free lifetime repair or replacement services.
     
  2. Red Dot Sights
     
    Limited 4-Year Warranty. Valid for four (4) years starting from the original purchaser’s first purchase date. Free repair or replacement is provided for defects in materials or manufacturing craftsmanship. This warranty benefit is non-transferable and exclusive to the original purchaser only.
     
 

II. Warranty Coverage

 
Within the applicable warranty period, for products verified by our inspection to have defects in materials or workmanship, we shall select one of the following remedies at our discretion:
 
  • Free repair of the product;
  • Replacement with new or refurbished products of equivalent or superior performance;
  • If the relevant model is discontinued, replacement with an in-stock product of similar functions.
 
Any replaced product shall continue to be covered by the remaining warranty period of the original item, or a 90-day warranty from the replacement date, whichever is longer.
 

III. Exclusions (Non-Warranty Conditions)

 
The following damages shall not be eligible for free warranty service, even if the product is within the warranty period:
 
  1. Damage caused by accidents, abuse, improper use, dropping, impact, incorrect installation, or failure to operate in accordance with the product manual.
  2. Cosmetic damage that does not affect optical performance or mechanical functions, including scratches, surface wear, rubber skin aging, coating peeling and other similar conditions.
  3. Altered, torn, obscured or unidentifiable product serial numbers.
  4. Disassembly, modification or maintenance performed by any individual or organization other than HYSPANDA and its authorized service centers.
  5. Consumable components under normal use, such as eyecups, objective lens covers, dust covers, sealing rings and other wearing parts.
  6. Batteries included with red dot sights, as well as corrosive damage caused by battery leakage.
  7. Damage resulting from force majeure events including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, lightning strike and other natural disasters.
 

IV. Warranty Application Process

 
To apply for warranty service, please follow the procedures below:
 
  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to us via email: after-sales-service@hyspanda.com or phone: +8617711442108, and describe the product malfunction in detail.
  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Submit valid purchase documents clearly indicating the purchase date and product model (e.g., authorized dealer invoices, receipts, online order screenshots). If valid proof of purchase cannot be provided, the warranty period shall commence three months after the product factory date.
  3. Obtain Authorization: Upon confirmation by our customer service team, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return address.
  4. Return the Product: Package the product securely for safe transportation and mark the RMA number prominently on the outer packaging. Please remove all non-fault accessories (lens rings, batteries, etc.) before shipment. We assume no responsibility for lost accessories during transit. The customer shall prepay all return shipping fees.
  5. Inspection & Processing:
 
  • In-warranty cases: We shall bear all parts and labor costs for repair or replacement, and ship the repaired or replaced product free of charge.
  • Non-warranty cases: We will contact you after inspection to inform you of the test results and provide a paid maintenance quotation. Repair and return shipping fees shall be borne by the customer upon quotation confirmation. If the quotation is declined, the product will be returned via freight collect.
 

V. Limitation of Liability

 
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, the remedies specified in these warranty terms shall constitute the sole and exclusive remedy available to customers. HYSPANDA shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the product, including without limitation time loss, operational inconvenience, damage to other equipment, commercial losses and other economic losses.
 
These warranty terms grant you specific legal rights, and you may also enjoy other statutory rights under local laws, which shall not be affected hereby.
 

VI. Supplementary Provisions

 
HYSPANDA reserves the right to revise these after-sales warranty terms at any time. Any revisions shall not affect the valid warranty policy applicable to products purchased prior to the revision.
 
The interpretation and application of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any dispute, both parties shall resolve the matter through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people’s court of competent jurisdiction.
